Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice, the bed was comfortable, blackout curtains worked (maybe too well), overall cleanliness was good, the hotel felt very safe/ secure, check-in and check-out were quite simple, WiFi was good, the room had all needed amenities (i.e., desk/ workspace, chairs aside from the bed, simple to use overhead lights/ air conditioning), the 24/7 shop they had in the hotel lobby came in handy. Although the location means that it's a bit far from the city centre/ restaurants/ shops, the price more than made up for this (and even with it being as far out as it is, the city centre is still within walking distance).

Well laid out hotel, exceptional staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was simple, yet had everything you needed in a functional way and my bed was comfortable. Excellent range of facilities- coffee machine, kettle, safe and fridge. There is also a shop in the foyer of the hotel selling snacks and drinks. Breakfast very good. There was an unexpected fire alarm during one evening- false alarm, but the staff were all good and kept people informed and got us back into the building without much fuss. Excellent public transport system - nearest metro 600m away with easy links to the airport or city centre.

Room was very modern and clean, walk from metro station was not bad like other reviews make it out to be, it is only on flat ground and takes around 5 to 10 minutes, not in an “unsafe” area as other reviews imply. Staff were pleasant, many different options at hotel breakfast (although slightly lacking in vegetarian hot food). 24 hour shop in the hotel is handy but quite expensive. You get to take drinks from a fridge in the lobby if staying in a privilege room which is a nice touch. Didn’t have any issues checking in/out and had a good stay at this hotel.

The location had easy access to the city center, as there was a metro stop nearby. The room had a lovely view to the canal and it was of a decent size. The soaps and shampoos provided were of excellent quality. The shower and the hairdryer were both very potent, which was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of storage space in the wardrobe, and there was an ironing board available too. It was also lovely that the marathon route went past right in front of the hotel, so I was able to see the elite runners going past early in the morning.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It could have done with a vanity desk as there wasnt much space to get ready. The pillows also were not too comfortable but the bed waa big and cosy. The room was always a good temp. We couldnt get the TV to play our devices though but thats ok as we werent in the room too much. Was glad to be able to rent bikes at the hotel. Restaurant food was good and staff were very helpful and friendly. We went to a gig at the Afas and this was a great location for biking to and from.
